Cheesy Catfish, Please! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. skinless catfish fillets
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3 oz. shredded mixture Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine the Parmesan, flour, pepper and paprika.
Dip catfish in milk and coat with cheese mixture.
Place the fish in a baking dish; pour margarine over the fish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and flaky.
Sprinkle fish with shredded cheese and put under broiler until bubbly.
Serves 8.
