Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    slice eggplant.
    Cook until mushy and drain. Add and mix all ingredients (except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup of crackers).
    Put mixture in baking dish and top with remaining cheese
    and
    crackers.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
