No-Fuss Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick
    1 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides over medium heat.
    Place in shallow pan, side by side.
    Combine remaining ingredients; spoon evenly over pork chops.
    Cover pan.
    Bake a 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until chops are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
