German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. cooked potato
    4 strips of bacon, minced
    1/4 c. each of minced onion and celery
    1/4 c. vegetable stock
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. each of sugar, dill weed and salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins till tender.
    Peel and slice while hot. Heat bacon in a skillet and add the onion and celery.
    Saute till golden.
    Heat the stock and remaining ingredients to boiling. Add all ingredients together and gently stir the potatoes.
    Serve immediately with chopped fresh parsley.
    Leftovers can be served chilled.
