Mincemeat Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour (regular)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (28 oz.) jar None Such mincemeat with brandy
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 small container each: whole candied red and green cherries, candied pineapple chunks and 1 large container mixed fruits
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Stir together flour and baking soda; set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Blend in flour mixture.
Turn batter into well-greased Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes.
Turn out of pan.
