Fettuccine With Garlic And Kale - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plus 1/4 c. olive oil
2 bunches kale, stems and center ribs discarded and leaves torn into bite size pieces
1/2 lb. fettuccine
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bring large pot of salted water to boil.
Add 1 tablespoon oil. Add kale and stir until beginning to wilt, about 1 minute.
Add fettuccine and cook until just tender, but still firm to bite.
