Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. dry Italian seasoning
    1 pkg. tortellini
    1 c. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. shredded parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Stir together water, soup, carrot, onion, seasoning and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir in tortellini and broccoli; cover and simmer 20 minutes more or until tortellini is tender.
    Stir in chicken and Parmesan cheese.
    Heat through.
    Makes 4 main dishes.
