Venison Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deer meat
    green and red peppers
    onion
    2 sticks butter
    salt and pepper
    flour
    milk
Preparation
    Brown in 2 sticks of butter the green and red peppers, onion, small pieces of deer meat and salt and pepper.
    Then take ingredients out in the leftover juices.
    Take a jar; mix milk and flour and make a thick gravy.
    Place meat, peppers and onions back in the gravy.
    Let simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Place over rice. Then eat, eat, eat!
