Apple Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 McIntosh apples
    10-inch pie crust
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut each apple into 8 pieces and place in pie crust.
    Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
