Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pinto beans (without pork)
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 sticks butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    7 oz. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain beans; put in large bowl and mix with electric mixer. Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 3 regular or 2 deep-dish pies.
