Ruth'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 sticks margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    5 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
