Crab Louis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded lettuce
    shredded crabmeat
    2 large tomatoes
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    dash of paprika
    1 c. mayo
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Shred lettuce on plates.
    Place shredded crabmeat on top of lettuce.
    Cut tomatoes and eggs in wedges.
    Circle atop salads. Pour 1/4 cup Louise dressing over each salad; dash with paprika.
