Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 c. self-rising flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 5 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk.
Add vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into a 10-inch greased tube pan.
Cover pan with foil and place a pan of water on bottom rack under cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
