Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten light
    juice of 1/2 lemon or 3 Tbsp. juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    1 lb. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream small curd cottage cheese and cream cheese in bowl.
    Add sugar gradually, beating.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour.
    Add melted butter; mix until smooth.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Pour into greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and let cake remain for 2 hours.
    Cool 1 hour out of oven before refrigerating.
