Asparagus Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 whole boneless chicken breast, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. asparagus, thinly sliced diagonally
Preparation
    Stir together cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, water and garlic. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour.
    In wok or heavy skillet, heat oil.
    Add chicken and marinate, then the asparagus. Stir-fry 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked and asparagus is tender.
