Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. Crisco
    3 eggs
    2 c. plain all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. nuts
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. persimmons, peeled and mashed
Preparation
    Mix sugar and Crisco.
    Add eggs, mixing well.
    Sift all dry ingredients, adding nuts and raisins.
    Mix all together, leaving persimmons until last, mixing well.
    Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours and 10 minutes.
