Sugar-Free Strawberry Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/3 c. white grape juice
    3 c. chopped fresh strawberries
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. frozen unsweetened cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in grape juice in cup.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to boil and simmer, uncovered, for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture to dissolve.
    After cooling, store in refrigerator in airtight container.
