Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large stalks broccoli
    Velveeta cheese
    Ritz crackers
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut stalk off broccoli and cut head into pieces.
    Boil the broccoli and strain.
    Melt desired Velveeta cheese in microwave, then spread cheese over broccoli in a casserole dish.
    Saute mushrooms in a skillet with 1 teaspoon of butter and add to mixture in dish.
    Then crumble Ritz crackers and spread over top of mixture.
    Serves 6.
