Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar and beat, then water and flour.
    Cook on long sheet pan.
    Turn out on cloth sprinkled with a little sugar.
    Spread with jelly and roll up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
