Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Walla Walla onions, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Partially bake a 9-inch pie crust.
    Saute onions in oil and butter over low heat until golden yellow.
    Beat together the eggs, half and half, flour, salt and pepper, then add onions and half the grated cheese.
    Pour into crust; sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
