Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. All Bran
2 c. Shredded Wheat
2 c. boiling water
1 c. yellow Crisco
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. sifted flour
5 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
-
Pour boiling water over cereal.
Let stand until lukewarm. Do not stir.
Combine Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour over cereal and stir.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
