Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut up fryer into pieces.
    Melt margarine in shallow pan. Beat egg and milk.
    Dip chicken pieces in egg and milk mixture, then roll in mixture of flour, baking powder, paprika and salt. Place pieces, skin side down, in buttered pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Turn pieces and bake 30
    minutes longer or until tender.
