No Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. applesauce
    3/4 c. honey
    3 egg whites
    3 bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Spray loaf pan.
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Mix together applesauce, honey, egg whites, bananas and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture and stir gently to blend; fold in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
    Keep frozen or refrigerated.
