Aunt Julia'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, separated
juice of 1 lemon
small amount grated lemon rind
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and sugar.
Add to lemon juice,
then add to beaten egg yolks.
Pour in water.
Cook in top of double boiler until thickened.
Pour into baked pie crust.
Add meringue.
