Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook to 232\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Cool 10 minutes.
Tint with coloring and add flavoring. Beat until creamy.
Keep the saucepan over very hot water while forming patties.
Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper and let cool.
