Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. tomato ketchup
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine tomato sauce, salt, pepper, eggs, crackers and onions.
    Mix until thoroughly blended.
    Add ground beef.
    Mix gently but thoroughly.
    Put mixture in a microwavable Bundt pan.
    (Or form mixture into a 9-inch ring on microwave-safe baking dish.)
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave at High power for 5 minutes.
    Pour off any juices.
    Microwave, covered, at Medium power for about 10 minutes.
    Remove wax paper and spread ketchup on top. Microwave at High power for about 5 minutes or until done.
