Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    2/3 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 can anchovies (I use rolled with capers and with some juice)
    1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 egg yolks (optional)
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    fresh ground pepper
    2 heads romaine lettuce
    homemade croutons
Preparation
    Process all but Parmesan, croutons and lettuce in food processor until well blended.
    Put dressing in a bowl.
    Rinse, dry and tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces.
    Add lettuce to salad bowl.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
