Cream Corn Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) cream-style corn
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of ground nutmeg
    2 c. half and half cream
Preparation
    Stir corn, eggs, cheese and green pepper together.
    Combine flour, sugar and seasonings.
    Add to corn mixture.
    Stir in half and half.
    Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Set baking dish in a deep pan and add one inch hot water to outer pan. Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
