Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. thin sliced celery
2/3 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 Tbsp. chicken flavor soup base
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 lb. cheese
Preparation

Cook until vegetables are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Blend flour to half of the milk. Add rest of milk. Add to vegetables. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add grated cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
