Snowball Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large containers Cool Whip
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, mashed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, mix Cool Whip, sour cream and sugar thoroughly.
Add pineapple, bananas and lemon juice.
Add pecans and cherries.
Keep covered in refrigerator or freezer.
This will serve 20 people.
Will keep from Thanksgiving until Christmas.
