Vegetable Goodies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans or can use fresh or frozen, cooked and drained
    3 oz. can mushrooms, drained and sliced up
    1/3 c. low-calorie Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 to 4 medium tomatoes (fresh, firm)
Preparation
    Cook beans, drain.
    Put into bowl with mushrooms, onions and salad dressing.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Toss to marinate occasionally.
    Cut tops from tomatoes.
    Scoop out centers and drain.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Fill with bean mixture. Refrigerate until serving time (4 servings).
