Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. butter
    8 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    herb seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onions and drained mushrooms in saucepan with butter. Pour rice and consomme in 2-quart casserole.
    Add sauteed ingredients, salt, pepper and herb seasoning.
    Bake (covered) for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
