Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck Italian tomatoes
    4 large peppers
    4 large onions
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    4 envelopes Spatini spices
Preparation
    Wash and cut up.
    Cook together until done.
    Scoop into blender (whip) and then put in a large boiler and add paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic salt, sugar, tomato paste and spices. Slow boil about 2 1/2 hours.
    Makes about 6 quarts.
