Skillet Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1 tsp. oil
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil.
    Drain excess oil.
    Put remaining ingredients over chops and cover.
    Simmer about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until chops are tender.
    Use the sauce over rice or potatoes.
    It's delicious!
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
