Pork Chops California - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork shoulder chops
    8 thin lemon slices
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet.
    Drain excess fat.
    Place slice of lemon on each chop.
    Combine brown sugar, ketchup and water.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Remove cover.
    Simmer 10 minutes, basting chops occasionally.
