Turkey Meatballs(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    6 whole wheat crackers, crumbled
    1/2 c. chicken stuffing mix
    1 Tbsp. sweet-hot mustard
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 egg
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. wine
    2 Tbsp. milk
    seasonings to taste: thyme, sage, cilantro, oregano and salt
Preparation
    Mix all, except soup and wine.
    Form into balls.
    Coat balls with whole wheat (or white) flour.
    Place balls in crock-pot (I use a small one).
    Cover with mixture of soup and wine (I use a semi-dry red).
    Serve over noodles, bread or whatever.
