Chocolate Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat water and butter until butter is melted.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add to the egg mixture. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup drizzled on top.
