Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can string beans
6 to 8 medium potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and onion.
Drain well.
Cook potatoes and cream and prepare them as you would mashed potatoes.
Drain string beans.
Pour hamburger meat into oblong casserole dish. Pour string beans on top of meat.
Spread potatoes on top of string beans.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
