Luscious Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Lasagna noodles, uncooked
    2 1/2 cans tomato sauce (large)
    1 lb. sausage (turkey, beef or pork)
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    2 to 3 c. chopped vegetables (can use spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini or yellow squash, celery, grated carrots, etc.)
Preparation
    Spray 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer noodles, uncooked sausage, cheeses and vegetables.
    Repeat layers; pour tomato sauce over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
