English Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. walnuts (coarse)
    1 c. chopped apples, packed
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Fold in nuts and apples.
    Bake in greased pie pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
