Mexican Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz. each) cans mild whole chiles
    2 c. chopped tomatoes (2 or 3 medium)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
    Remove seeds from chiles and arrange in single layer in dish.
    Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.
    Beat remaining ingredients by hand until smooth.
    Pour over top.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
