2 lb. scallops, quartered if large
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced thin and tossed with 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 c. heavy cream
1 lb. linguine
3/4 lb. fresh spinach (about 4 c.)*
2/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan
