Ham And Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. diced ham, cooked
1 Tbsp. minced onion
dash of pepper
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Place half of the potatoes in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Dot with half of the butter.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour half of mixture over potatoes in dish.
Repeat using remaining potatoes, butter and sauce.
Bake at 375\u00b0, covered, for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
