Italian Olive Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large green tub olives (2 lb. green to 1/2 lb. black)
black olives
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
crispy cauliflower buds
minced garlic
capers
oregano
small jar pearl onions
lemon juice with pulp
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pit olives if not already pitted.
Mix with rest of ingredients.
Did not give measurements for some ingredients because should suit your taste.
Cauliflower should just be steamed until crispy, not cooked.
