Spinach Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chopped, frozen spinach
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. cooked rice
    4 tsp. minced onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach until tender; drain.
    Combine all ingredients. Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
