Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, soft
    4 eggs
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. diced ham
    1 chopped onion
    1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Beat cheese until creamy.
    Beat in eggs, milk and pepper. Stir in spinach, ham and onion.
    Pour into pie crust; salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
