Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 shredded carrot (optional)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Wash and dry broccoli.
    Cut into small flowerets; also cut stem into small bite size pieces.
    Place broccoli and all other ingredients into small bowl. Mix well.
    Refrigerate 1 or 2 hours and serve.
