Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Combine meat, celery, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, salt and water. Shape into oval patties 1-inch thick. Brown in butter on both sides in a skillet.
    Mix the soup with 1 can of water.
    Pour over the patties and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
