Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter (soft)
    1 c. white sugar
    1 egg
    3 c. rhubarb, cut
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Cream in egg. Mix dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture. Add rhubarb and fold into the dough. Spread into an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
