Green Wonders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. herb stuffing mix
    2 large onions, chopped
    5 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    black pepper to taste
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach (do not add salt).
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours.
    Shape into balls and freeze on a cookie sheet.
    When frozen, place in freezer containers.
    To serve, place frozen balls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm or cold.
